Important note on how I work: Therapy (CBT-i) is offered exclusively for insomnia. For all other conditions including OCD and anxiety, I provide medication management only. I can also help with deprescribing to get off pharmaceutical sleep aids. If you are looking for OCD therapy, I am happy to refer you to another clinician offering this service.

My name is Lizzy and I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Washington. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse on the inpatient psychiatry units at Harborview Medical Center and Seattle Children's Hospital.

Those experiences shaped how I practice today. I work collaboratively with patients to find the best path forward whether that means medication management, CBT-i for insomnia, lifestyle adjustments, or referral to the right specialist. I believe that understanding your unique history and preferences is essential to care that actually works.
