I'm in-network with most major Washington insurance plans. Everything you need to know about coverage and costs is on this page — before you reach out.

Please note: I am opted out of Medicare and Medicaid. If either is your primary insurance, services are billed as private pay — I'm not able to submit claims to Medicare or Medicaid even as an out-of-network provider. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, feel free to reach out before scheduling.

These rates apply when paying out of pocket or when your insurance is not accepted. Superbills are available if you'd like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Superbills

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Contact your insurer in advance to understand your out-of-network coverage.

Using your insurance

If I'm in-network with your plan, you'll pay your standard copay or coinsurance rather than the private pay rates above. The exact amount depends on your specific plan — always verify your benefits directly with your insurer before your first appointment.

First missed visit or late cancel

Within a calendar year. Applies to no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
